CONTINUAL DEVELOPMENT
As part of our commitment to provide fully qualified and experienced personnel to our clients, The Alliance Group offers a Continual Development process as part of our Human Resource Services.
This process includes the New Hire Orientation reviewed with all new hires. New Hire Orientation is reviewed by their direct supervisor prior to beginning their regular duties. We ensure new hires are aware of all our company policies (Health & Safety, Drug and Alcohol, etc.), emergency procedures, payroll inquiries, etc. The Continual Development process also includes remedial and re-certification training, in cab evaluations (Driver specific), performance reviews and Safety Training reviews to all staff. At minimum, we conduct 90 day performance reviews with all employees and subsequent annual reviews. As well as 4-10 weeks in cab evaluations for all Drivers with subsequent annual reviews.
We celebrate and commit to the retention of our staff by acknowledgement and expressing gratitude.
The Alliance Group holds biannual mandatory general meetings for all employees to review safety issues/concerns, updates on regulations and as part of our Retention program, present Dedicated Service Awards to staff at various intervals of service.
